Mode duplication

A setting that allows identical models to be printed simultaneously, doubling production efficiency.

Mirror mode

Mode that allows symmetrical printing of mirrored designs.

Waterproof support mode

Process in which water-soluble support structures are printed to create complex components and avoid geometric constraints.

Multicomponent mode

A technique that allows printing two different materials and combining their properties.

Improved design

BCN3D Sigma D25 has been equipped with a system of two independent extruders - IDEX, in addition to having a larger printing area - 420 mm x 300 mm x 200 mm.

Advanced features and enhanced functionality

The Sigma D25 is different not only from the outside. It has been redesigned with state-of-the-art features and new functions, providing fully seamless daily operation.

Surface heating and calibration

Heat distribution has been improved with an aluminum structural plate and silicon thermal pad that evenly distributes heat across the printing surface. The calibration process has also been improved with an optimized firmware calculation system that enables more accurate level adjustment.

Extrusion system repositioning

Extruders have been moved to the rear of the printer, reducing the distance to the heating station and preventing overheating problems.

Strengthened axles

Both the X-axis and the Z-axis have been reinforced. The former by changing the material to stainless steel, and the latter by multiple changes in its mechanical structure.
