Increased work volume
.Working volume of 330 x 240 x 300 mm (13 x 9.4 x 11.8 inches), combined with a reliable dual extruder and water-based support material, gives you even more freedom to complete your projects. You can also print multiple items at once to increase productivity. And still the printer fits on your desk.
The PrintCore's unique interchangeable module solution allows you to quickly change between support and build material or change the nozzle diameter (0.25; 0.4; 0.8 mm) for fast or accurate printing.
The new 4.7-inch (11.9 cm) color touch panel gives simple and convenient access to all options and settings. Graphical prompts and instructions, as well as a print preview, make daily work easier.
Ultimaker S5 can automatically recognize loaded material and PrintCore module configuration and wirelessly update firmware to provide access to the latest options. Printing is possible remotely via WiFi or Ethernet, or locally via a USB pen. Printing progress can be monitored using the built-in camera.
With its larger working volume, the Ultimaker S5 allows for reliable large-scale 3D printing. For large, technical prints, the new Tough PLA material offers ABS-like strength combined with the simplicity of PLA printing.
